The founder is Desirai Svetcov. She obtained her CPA license in 2015 and more relevant CMI-Sales Tax certification in 2022. She consulted in tax technology and tax technical work for over 8 years with prior experience in income tax for 5 years. She also worked in-house at a large Fortune 100 company and in a multi-national indirect tax role. 

Other team members include a taxologist, a content specialist, and a business strategist.
